We carry a wide variety of tents in different styles and allow you to customize the size of tents and number of tables and chairs to fit your needs.
Not sure what you need? Our team can help you determine what size tent will be best for your event and help you decide between high peak, canopy, and other styles. A general rule of thumb is to estimate about 10 sq. ft. of space per person for rectangular tables and 15 sq. ft. for round tables, so a wedding with 100 people and rectangular tables would require at least a 1000 sq. ft. tent while the same wedding with round tables would require a 1500 sq. ft. tent. Remember to factor in additional space for items such as a dance floor, buffet tables, and large decorative elements.
You’re covered for more than the tent!
Arise offers rental items for nearly everything on your list from tables and chairs to linens, fans, dance floors, and more. Our basic table and chair rental includes delivery and stacking under the tent, and the customer is responsible for setting them up then stacking them under the tent again after the event. For an additional fee, Arise can take care of table and chair setup and teardown to save you time and work. Dance floors are always installed by our professional and experienced crew unless otherwise specified. Our goal is to make sure your big day is as seamless as possible, so we will work with you to ensure everything is taken care of behind the scenes.
On-site setup
Arise will bring everything needed for setup directly to your wedding venue and ensure that we are on time for both setup and tear down. Prior to the event we will need to know if your tents will be set up on grass, gravel, blacktop, or concrete so that we can bring the proper items to make sure every tent is secure no matter the weather. Do keep in mind that tents are temporary structures, so in a strong weather event it is always recommended to evacuate a tent.
